Terms of service
Last updated: August 21, 2026
By signing in to this FewCast installation you agree to these terms.
The service
FewCast lets you deliver your own X posts, via direct message, to a roster of recipients who explicitly opted in to receive them. It is a privately operated tool provided to a small set of invited users. FewCast is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp.
Your account
You sign in with your own X account through X's OAuth flow; FewCast never handles your X password. Access is by invitation of the operator and may require an access password. You are responsible for activity performed with your connected account.
Acceptable use
- Message only people who have clearly opted in to receive your messages, and record that evidence in the roster.
- Opt-outs are final until renewed: FewCast processes STOP replies automatically, and you must never bypass or reverse an opt-out without a fresh, documented opt-in.
- Follow X's terms of service and automation rules, and all applicable law, in your use of FewCast and in the content you send.
- No harassment, deception, unlawful content, or unsolicited commercial messaging.
Costs and limits
API usage from your signed-in account is billed to the operator's shared X developer app. The operator may set caps, pause delivery, disconnect accounts, or withdraw access at any time to manage cost and compliance.
Your content and responsibility
You are solely responsible for the messages you send, for the accuracy of the opt-in evidence you record, and for the consequences of your sends on your own X account, including any enforcement action X may take.
Availability and warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Delivery depends on X's platform, rate limits, and policies, none of which the operator controls. The operator may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from use of the service, from X platform actions, or from delivery failures. Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service.
Ending use
You may stop at any time: disconnect X access or delete your data from Settings, and revoke FewCast from X's connected-apps settings. The operator may suspend or end access at any time.
Changes and contact
Updated terms appear on this page with a new date; continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: contact the operator of this FewCast installation.
